Alan Ocheltree

Owner/General Manager

As the owner of Best Door & Window, Alan has greatly enjoyed the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our customers through transforming and improving their houses and their business locations.  “It is a real honor to be entrusted with a customer’s home or their business.”  Prior to joining Best Door & Window, Alan worked in the finance departments of several large corporations.  Alan is a college graduate with undergraduate and graduate degrees, including in Business Administration.

 Alan has been married to his wife for nearly twenty years and has two children, and a dog named “Prince,” who was a recent addition to the family from a local shelter. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, attending his children’s soccer matches, and playing fetch with the family dog.  He’s a lifelong student of martial arts and continues to learn and practice when he can.

Anjalynet Sakevich

Business Development/Process Improvement/Office Manager

Anjalynet, a native of Arizona, brings a wealth of expertise to our team as a certified Project Manager and Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma. With an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and 5S methodology, Anjalynet is an invaluable asset to the team. Currently pursuing her Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, she is deeply passionate about her work and relishes the opportunity to express her skillset and talents.

Beyond work, Anjalynet is a devoted mother of four beautiful children, two cats, and is engaged to the love of her life. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking delicious meals in the kitchen, gardening, playing the piano, reading the Bible and the soulful poetry written by her fiancé.

Anjalynet takes pride in being part of an organization that values her expertise and enables her to grow professionally.

Mary Smith

Administrative Assistant

Mary comes to us with over 25 years with experience in QuickBooks and several different service specialized systems. She enjoys working to service the needs of our community and strives to make the experience the best for both the customer and the company.

Mary has been married to her husband for 12 years. They live in their country home with their 3 dogs. She has 2 adult married daughters. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, spending time outdoors in the yard, going to museums, and just enjoying time together with her husband and family.

Dan Miller

Project Supervisor/ Foreman​

Dan is a seasoned construction professional with 25 years of experience, who has been a valuable member of our team since 2005. Prior to joining us, he worked as a Welder and Foreman on a maintenance crew for the railroad industry for 5 years. Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time on the lake, boating, fishing, and going on motorcycle rides whenever possible.


One of the things that Dan loves most about his job is the satisfaction he derives from delivering top-quality projects to our customers. He takes great pride in being able to drive down roads and point out jobs he has been involved in to his family.
